The opportunity is open to candidates with 2–9 years of relevant R2R experience, with openings covering accounting, reconciliation, intercompany, fixed asset and lease accounting activities. Key Responsibilities

Record to Report

• Prepare and manage journal entries, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Review financial statements for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls and accounting standards.
• Work with Tax, Treasury, FP&A and audit teams.
• Support month-end close activities.
• Drive automation and process-standardization initiatives.
• Monitor SLA and KPI adherence for R2R delivery.
• Support journals, close, consolidation and reporting activities.
• Contribute to team engagement and performance management.

Reconciliation

• Monitor data flow between ERP and reconciliation tools.
• Check that bank statements are properly posted to the ERP.
• Investigate unposted bank statements and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify missing bank transactions and coordinate with AP, AR and other teams.
• Perform bank reconciliations according to customer standards and policies.
• Research and validate open items and escalate issues where required.
• Maintain supporting documentation for account reconciliations.
• Review process performance periodically to ensure adherence to policies.

E2E Intercompany

• Create and post cross-charge journal entries in ERP.
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries for out-of-balance transactions.
• Analyze open items and provide support for customer escalations.

Fixed Asset & Lease Accounting

• Complete monthly checklists and maintain required trackers.
• Support withholding-tax-related trackers and country-specific requirements.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for management.
• Follow applicable accounting rules, policies, procedures and instructions.

Qualification & Skills

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance / Accounting, or CA.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with tax compliance, particularly VAT and income tax, is desirable.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as PeopleSoft / Workday.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Strong Excel knowledge, including:
  • Pivot Tables
  • VLOOKUP
  • Graphs
