🔍 Who Should Apply?
Candidates with experience in Vendor Management, RMA, Returns & Refunds, Reverse Logistics, Order Processing, and Credit Memo functions are encouraged to attend.
Required Experience (3-8 years) in:
- RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
- Returns & Refunds Management
- Reverse Logistics & Replacement Order Processing
- Return Order Creation
- Credit Memo Processing
- Vendor/Partner Interaction & Email Management
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Validate and process return requests (RMAs)
- Respond to vendor/customer queries on billing and contracts
- Provide operational reports and vendor insights
- Track open RMA requests and ensure resolution within TAT
- Coordinate across internal and external tools/systems
- Work closely with client partners to improve service satisfaction
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any Graduate
- Industry Background: Hi-Tech, Supply Chain, or Services domain
- Skills: Oracle, SAP, ServiceNow, Email Support, Reporting
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and issue resolution
Preferred: Diploma or PG in International Supply Chain or Sourcing Management
