💼 Job Description – Voice Process (International)
- Handle inbound calls for international clients (UK/US).
- Provide excellent customer service in real-time.
- Ensure quality and timely resolution of customer queries.
- Adhere to service SLAs: TAT, CSAT, FCR, and handling time.
- Maintain high call and service standards (calls/emails/chat).
- Support continuous improvements in operations.
🧑💼 Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0 – 4 Years
- Education:
- Graduate: B.Com, B.A, BBA, BCA, BHM, B.Sc (excluding IT, Stats, Math Hons., Eco Hons.)
- B.Tech/MBA freshers not eligible
- B.Tech/MBA grads must have 6+ months of international BPO experience
