Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) cycle including invoice receipt, verification, and vendor reconciliation.
- Ensure timely invoice validation, approvals, and payments (domestic & international).
- Handle month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing activities.
- Ensure TDS & GST compliance, input validation, reconciliation, and statutory filings.
- Prepare AP reports including aging analysis and payment forecasts.
- Support internal & external audits with reconciliations and documentation.
- Identify process gaps and implement efficiency improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Accounting standards, TDS, GST, and financial compliance.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Advanced MS Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
