💼 Job Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Receive, validate, and process hardware and subscription orders.
- Inventory Management: Track inventory levels for timely fulfilment.
- Subscription Activation: Ensure seamless service activation for customers.
- Customer Communication: Maintain transparency on order status and delivery timelines.
- Issue Resolution: Handle discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
- Data Management: Accurate entry of order details into systems.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with logistics, sales, and customer service.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports for management review.
- Compliance: Follow internal and regulatory requirements.
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or related field).
- 2–5 years of Order Management / Quote-to-Cash experience.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Oracle, SAP, ServiceNow preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and teamwork skills.
- High accountability and attention to detail.
