✨ Job Description:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer support in Tamil and English.
- Respond to customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain clear communication and excellent customer service.
- Demonstrate strong typing skills (minimum 22 WPM with 85% accuracy).
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
- Work 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate (Candidates with arrears can also apply).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Strong communication in Tamil & English (both verbal and written).
- Freshers or candidates with BPO voice experience are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from Coimbatore will be given preference.
