Eligibility Criteria:
- Only Freshers (2020 to 2024 pass-outs)
- Graduation in any discipline (Except Law)
- Strong English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of email clients, internet browsers, hosting & security
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Open to work in rotational shifts
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries & make outbound support calls
- Ensure data collection for account recovery
- Maintain client policy understanding and replicate customer issues
- Provide world-class service and contribute to a collaborative team culture
