• Manage customer relationships, handle policy servicing and backend operations.

• Process new business applications, generate client IDs, and ensure proper documentation.

• Handle refunds, undelivered policy tracking, and policy alteration (like COA).

• Follow up for persistency and revival of lapsed policies through calling and customer visits.

• Assist in claims processing, documentation collection, and coordination with internal departments.

• Maintain reports like MINT, PEPPER, WONDERS, registers, and ensure accurate data entry.

• Generate leads from walk-ins, and support sales through backend and cross-selling initiatives.

• Ensure same-day NAV allocation, policy status updates, and internal coordination with sales/HUB.

• Strong communication skills

• Good command over MS Office tools

• Excellent customer service mindset

• Ability to handle backend operations and documentation

• Confidence to conduct revival follow-ups and occasional field visits

🎓 Eligibility:

• Education: Any Graduate (Mandatory)

• Experience: 1 to 2 years in Customer Service/Backend Operations (Insurance or Banking preferred)

• Age Limit: 28 – 38 years
