💼 Job Role & Responsibilities

Accurately adjudicate healthcare claims based on U.S. insurance policies and pre-established protocols.

Process authorizations, COB (Coordination of Benefits), duplicate claims, pricing edits, and corrected claims.

Review and process claims related to HCFA and UB forms (institutional & professional claims).
-
Interpret insurance terms such as deductibles, coinsurance, copay, exclusions, and maximum out-of-pocket limits.

Deliver high-quality results under strict SLAs and performance metrics.

Communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal.
-
Maintain consistent compliance with HIPAA guidelines and client regulations.
🎯 Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 1–5 years in U.S. health insurance claims adjudication.

Prior knowledge of Facets platform preferred.

Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.

Excellent reading comprehension and writing skills.

Education: Graduates and Postgraduates from any discipline can apply.

Shift Timings: Monday to Friday (5:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST), including weekend flexibility based on business needs.
