📝 Job Description:
- Handle inbound customer service calls for US-based clients.
- Deliver timely and accurate solutions while maintaining high productivity.
- Ensure first-call resolution and meet client-defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain quality and accuracy in all interactions (calls, chats, and emails).
- Document queries, follow-up effectively, and ensure issue resolution.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- 0–36 months of experience in international voice process (preferred).
- Strong computer proficiency and basic MS Office knowledge.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts (Night).
- Graduates from B.Com, B.A, BBA, BCA, BHM, B.Sc (except IT, Stats, Math Hons., Eco Hons.).
- B.Tech / MBA candidates must have at least 6 months of international BPO experience.
- Freshers with excellent communication are welcome.
