- Maintain a deep understanding of client policies and processes.
- Escalate unresolved issues and track product-related bugs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through professional communication.
Requirements:
- 0–4 years of experience in Customer Service or Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Problem-solving ability and analytical thinking.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts including weekends.
2️⃣ Non-Voice (Content Moderation – Hindi & English)
Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and moderate online content per company guidelines.
- Recognize patterns and escalate potential policy violations.
- Maintain quality and ensure content compliance.
- Provide valuable feedback to improve user experience.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers eligible).
- Strong proficiency in Hindi and English (both spoken and written).
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ready to work flexible shifts.
