Experience Required
- 1–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in volume hiring and Internal Job Postings (IJP).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for volume hiring and Internal Job Postings (IJP).
- Source, screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews for external and internal candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Publish and manage internal job postings while ensuring compliance with IJP policies.
- Drive high-volume recruitment through job portals, employee referrals, walk-ins, and other sourcing channels.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain hiring records, and achieve hiring turnaround time (TAT) and quality targets.
- Support internal mobility initiatives, workforce planning, and talent pipeline development.
