Responsibilities:
✅ Data Entry – Input provider details, invoice information, procedure codes, and more
✅ Validation & Verification – Check pre-authorization, identify duplicate claims
✅ Investigative Work – Identify ineligible charges, contract compliance, potential fraud
✅ Collaboration – Work with different teams like HCS, TMT, and Triage for claim adjudication
✅ Policy Management – Analyze & interpret policy messages using internal tools
Eligibility Criteria:
🎓 Education: Any graduate (non-technical)
👨🎓 Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
📚 Preferred Skills:
✔ Good knowledge of healthcare & medical terminologies
