🔹 Shift: Day Rotational (8 AM – 10 PM, Female employees till 8 PM)
🔹 Work Schedule: 6 Days Working, 1 Rotational Off
🔹 Salary (CTC): ₹24,000 per month
Responsibilities:
✅ Assist customers in resolving queries over calls
✅ Provide technical support for software, hardware, networks, or systems
✅ Identify and fix technical issues
✅ Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns professionally
Eligibility Criteria:
🎓 Education: Diploma / Graduate
👨🎓 Freshers & Experienced Candidates are welcome
🗣 Languages: English + Hindi (Mandatory)
