🧩 Job Responsibilities:

Provide end-user IT support for applications, systems, and network-related concerns

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents via chat, email, phone, or walk-ins
-
Log all interactions accurately in the incident management system
-
Escalate priority issues as per SLAs
-
Provide excellent customer service and timely communication
-
Support Windows/Mac OS, VPN, O365, Active Directory, Zoom, Teams, and browsers
-
Perform password resets, resolve connectivity issues, and assist with endpoint security
-
Maintain technical knowledge and continuously improve problem-solving skills
🧠 Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
✅ Prior experience in IT Helpdesk / Technical Support preferred
✅ Familiar with ITIL Framework and Service Desk processes
✅ Knowledge of Networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP)
✅ Hands-on with Windows, Mac, VDI, and O365 support
✅ Flexible to work in 24×7 rotational shifts including weekends and holidays
