Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex testing, research, reporting, and Form 5500 filings for retirement plan activities in alignment with compliance requirements.
- Monitor the Compliance Plan Queue to ensure all activities are completed within the turnaround time (TAT).
- Conduct quality checks to ensure end-to-end plan testing is completed with 100% accuracy on the first attempt.
- Coordinate with other operations groups to complete follow-up testing activities in OMNI and Relius by the specified deadlines.
- Liaise with internal departments on application or hardware issues that impact daily functions.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the assigned group or process.
- Support meeting service level agreements (SLAs) for TAT, utilization, productivity, and quality.
- Maintain and analyze process queue statuses and generate reports as assigned.
- Review and research processing discrepancies or errors, providing feedback to prevent future occurrences.
- Participate in and share updates with team members during regular meetings as per assigned responsibilities.
- Resolve queries for new hires within the group and assist in the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with internal departments to research and address client application and support issues.
- Build a comprehensive understanding of compliance processes and core recordkeeping systems, including their interconnections.
- Oversee the transition of work from clients or on-site centers to the Global Delivery Office (GDO) and collaborate with the on-site team to enhance workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality.
- Analyze current systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for cost, quality, and process improvements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, Administration, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
Preferred skills:
- Relevant industry experience, specifically in the U.S. Retirement Compliance domain.
- Hands-on experience with research in the Relius suite of products.
- Strong understanding of financial services industry concepts and terminology, especially in Retirement (Defined Contribution).
- Essential knowledge in Compliance Testing, Form 5500 filing, and experience with transitions.
- Practical experience in queue management.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and strong team collaboration skills; willingness to work in shifts.
