Roles and Responsibilities
The Processor (Team Member) is responsible for developing superior understanding of client plan provisions, identify opportunities for knowledge enhancement and deliver to high standards of quality and timeliness.
- Process backend operations efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prioritizes work as required in order to effectively respond to client needs
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Delivers on new/ adhoc tasks in order to meet client/ internal goals promptly
- Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Office tools like Excel and Word.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, including email writing and written communication.
- Creates/ updates SOP where and when required . Work with other supporting groups to enhance procedures and eliminate wastage.

- Role- Processor (Backend)
- Job location – Noida, Gurugram
- Exp – 1 year to 3 years
- CTC Maximum 3 LPA Only
- Skills – Excellent in communication (written and spoken both)
- Shift – 05.30 PM to 03.00 AM IST
- Service Agreement – Applicable for 12 Months
- Day – 5 days working (Sat & Sun Fixed off)
- Qualification – BA, B. Com, BBA, B. SC (Non-IT), M.A & M. Com Only
