Job Description/Skills Required
- Invoice processing & verification by adhering to SOP and guidelines
- Vendor payments & allocation to appropriate invoices.
- Vendor reconciliation
- Vendor master data creation/correction/review
- Resolving invoice queries by coordinating directly with vendors and other stakeholder
- Communicating with stakeholders via email, telephone, VC, etc.
- Should have knowledge of GST and WHT/TDS
- Achieving agreed KPI results on the above tasks
- Supporting ATR for clearing vendor invoices, CnB for open entries
