Job Description/Skills Required
- Driving CSD business in 4/5 states, 7/8 CSD depot, 7500 Unit run canteens through PSM, Merchandisers
- Regular connect with local CSD depot managers, AA class canteen managers & regional stake holders for immediate issue resolutions and smooth order flow
- Analyzing Depot wise / SKU wise secondary off take / Denial report & preparation of PRGO.
- Inventory planning, CFA wise mapping & sales forecasting as per PRGO.
- Liaise with supply chain / back office & facilitate smooth execution of orders
- Inputs from field to CSD vertical for creation of Business Plan
- Overseeing CSD HO activities for the region – Market survey, Factory inspection, CFL clearance
- Hiring, on boarding, training & guiding frontline sales force – PSM
- Continuous capability building journey in the channel
- Conducting PSM meets, immediate support & action for distress & damages
- Monitoring adherence to company commercial norms, damage/expiry policy.
- Initiatives to increase brand visibility in canteens & constant monitoring depot share
- Designing suitable merchandising strategies
