Job Description/Skills Required
The role is of a Subject Matter Expert in Investigations who:
• Delivers Results by conducting assigned forensic investigations in a timely manner within an ambiguous environment using data analysis and other tools.
• Displays high level of ownership throughout investigation life cycle by defining investigation requirements, facilitating and reporting progress and identifying blockers & providing resolutions / work arounds
• Insists on high standards by writing effective deep dive documents summarizing findings and proposing solutions
• Identifies gaps and risks in current mechanisms and policies and recommends solutions to policy owning teams.
• Identifies technology gaps and work with internal / external tech teams on solutions.
• Conducts effective communication of results and updates to stakeholders.
• Drives broader risk mitigation activities by working with other teams such as Internal Audit or Loss Prevention (LP).
• Provides effective coaching / guidance to team members for cross skilling.
• Identify and clearly define issues and root causes for the potential fraud and financial abuse, work with various operations team to improve upstream and downstream process.
