Genpact is seeking experienced FP&A professionals with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Noida. We are specifically looking for individuals with strong month-end reporting skills and expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Month-End Reporting: Execute and manage the month-end reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Budgeting: Develop, maintain, and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Forecasting: Conduct accurate and timely forecasting to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Variance Analysis: Perform variance analysis to identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement, and present findings to senior management.
