About the Role:
- Strategizing and Forecasting: Strategize and forecast sales and revenue metrics, ensuring accurate planning for business objectives.
- Communication with Leaders: Maintain regular communication with business leaders, adapt plans as needed, and align metrics with evolving priorities.
- Month-End Closures: Supervise month-end closing activities, manage journal entries, and publish reports to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to identify favorability or unfavorability drivers and collaborate with business leaders to address discrepancies.
- Process Transitions: Facilitate smooth process transitions and support the team during periods of change.
- Guidance and Prioritization: Provide guidance on month and quarter-end priorities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and objectives.
- Tailored Reporting: Tailor reports to meet specific requirements and assist with ad hoc tasks to support business operations effectively.
About You:
- Qualification: MBA graduate/CA
- Eligibility: Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering.
- Skills: MS Excel expertise, advanced understanding of financial/management reporting tools and automation tools.
- Attributes: Enthusiastic, open to learning, and a can-do mentality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to juggle conflicting priorities and meet deadlines. Capable of performing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results clearly. Strong judgement and decision-making abilities.
