Flipkart is hosting a walk-in drive on 31st July for the position of Hub Incharge (Last Mile) in Vijayawada, Hyderabad, and Mahabubnagar. With 20 openings available, we are looking for professionals with 3-8 years of experience in logistics operations management to lead and optimize our hub operations. Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize Hub Operations.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and manage escalations.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Uphold Zero Tolerance Policy (ZTP), SOPs, and SLAs.
• Prepare business dashboards, manage budgeting, and oversee cash handling.
• Coordinate for regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
• Conduct team meetings, minimize attrition, and develop team leaders.
• Maintain safety standards, facility hygiene, and shipment accuracy.
• Address grievances through open house meetings and follow-up actions.
• Achieve KPIs related to capacity utilization and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with local vendors, manage cash collection, and ensure financial reconciliation.
• Monitor Team Leaders’ performance and identify talent for career progression.

Preferred Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics operations management, preferably in a hub environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and logistics software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
