Job Role or Description
- Manage and collect overdue receivables from customer through outbound calls and emails. Work closely with the business and stake holders to resolve disputes. Drive performance through metrics and reports Key Accountabilities Sends customer statements Proactively sends reminders on future due invoices to avoid delay in collections Follows up on aged items, escalates appropriately to resolve aged items Highlights any issues to the immediate supervisor Ensures productivity and accuracy targets are met Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities
