Job Role or Description
- Ability to manage financial books close, prepare & finalize Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet including reporting such AP/ AR/ Fixed Assets Ageing analysis
- Analyze Various nature of accounts in the GL Module
- Review and Prepare various entries in GL Module (Amortizations, Accruals, Allocations etc.
- Review Reconciliation of Sub-module vs Trial balance
- Review, Reconcile and Resolve Intercompany Variances
- Extract Reports from the Reporting tool to perform reporting commentary/analysis
- Collaborate with other internal /external teams to drive efficiency around the process.
- Prepare schedules to Balance Sheet as per GAAP Requirements
- Support various audits in providing transaction analysis, reconciliation for timely completion
- Support Corporate Accounting & Tax team for timely completion of statutory filings
- Collaborate with various internal teams to follow-up and close GL Module in ERP
- Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects
- Exposure to various financials automation/data projects will be an edge over others.
- Process journal transactions as per the standard operating procedures.
- Post rectification entries for the errors identified by the supervisor
- Extract report from the ERP system as per the standard operating procedures and Reporting activities.
- Generate and update the Trial Balance, PnL and Balance Sheet reports.
- Perform Reconciliation of Sub-module vs Trial balance
- Work with Fin functional teams to help them on basic macros.
- Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects
- Analyze data & come with findings on automation opportunity
