A Sharjah-based company is seeking a Finance & Accounts Assistant with proficiency in Tally and MS Office. Candidates must have a commerce background with qualifications like CA, Inter-CA, or B.Com, and should be fluent in English and Hindi. Applicants should have one to two years of experience and be able to join within a month.

Job Profile:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage and process all transactions, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and timely submission of tax returns
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information
- General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of entries
- Cost Control: Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
- Bank Liaison: Execute banking details and handle trade facilities with banks. Maintain good communication with bankers
- Software Proficiency: Use financial software and systems, particularly Tally and MS Office, for financial management and reporting
