💼 Position: Team Lead / Senior Specialist – O2C / I2C
Department: Global Business Services (GBS)

🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage O2C/I2C teams, ensuring performance and development
- Handle end-to-end invoicing, cash application, and collections
- Reconcile payment discrepancies and ensure timely cash posting
- Drive root cause analysis and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and IT teams to resolve escalations
- Monitor KPIs and report O2C metrics to leadership
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
✅ Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience:
- 9+ years in O2C/I2C operations
- Minimum 2 years in a team leadership role
- Cash application experience is mandatory
- Proficiency in SAP
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
