🔍 Job Overview:
We are looking for seasoned Internal Audit professionals with a proven background in conducting end-to-end audits, identifying process improvements, and ensuring strong internal control frameworks. This is a strategic role for professionals keen to work in a high-performing, diversified business group.
✅ Candidate Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CIA

6–8 years of hands-on Internal Audit experience

Preferably from manufacturing, service industry, or Big 4 consulting firms

Strong knowledge of audit tools, risk assessment, and internal controls

Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills

Able to travel for site audits (approx. 6–8 days/month)

Plan, execute, and report on risk-based internal audits

Identify areas for process improvement, cost optimization, and control enhancements

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and business unit heads

Ensure compliance with JSW’s corporate governance and audit standards

Prepare audit reports with actionable insights for senior leadership
