🚨 Bank of America is actively hiring for the Manager role in its Global Markets Business Finance & Control (BF&C) division.

💼 Position: Manager – Global Markets Finance (BF&C)
📍 Location: Gurugram / Hyderabad / Mumbai
🎓 Qualifications: CA / CPA / CFA / MBA (Tier I/II Institutes Preferred)
🕒 Experience: 5 to 7 Years
📅 Joining: Immediate or as early as possible

🌟 About the Role:

The role involves daily P&L reporting, balance sheet control, and close coordination with front-office and risk teams. You’ll be supporting Global Futures and Financing trading desks and working on products like Repo, Bonds, Futures, and Swaps.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Daily P&L production and variance analysis with traders’ estimates

• Balance sheet substantiation and financial reporting

• Perform front-to-back reconciliations

• Analyze and apply Greeks (Delta, Vega, Gamma) on risk positions

• Liaise with middle office, risk, and operations teams

• Execute month-end controls and remediation activities

• UAT testing for system upgrades and control enhancements

✅ Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Global Markets and Product Control

• Familiarity with US GAAP / IFRS / IAS

• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word; macros, Visual Basic a plus

• Excellent communication, multitasking, and analytical ability

• Exposure to Alteryx, Python, Tableau is a bonus
