Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Forecasting: Develop and maintain detailed forecasts, including management fees, expenses, and fee-related earnings.
- Budget Management: Oversee the operating budget with in-depth analysis of expenses by type, vendor, and project.
- Variance and Trend Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis on revenues and expenses, delivering insightful reports for management.
- Cash Management: Develop cash forecasts, manage liquidity, and prepare distribution proposals for excess cash.
- Process Optimization: Streamline finance processes using the NetSuite ERP system and ensure efficient internal reporting.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of FP&A experience in the asset management industry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and NetSuite ERP.
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities.
