Position Details:
- Role: Order to Cash (OTC), Billing & Invoicing
- Experience Required: 4-7 Years
- CTC: Up to 5 LPA
- Academic Qualifications: B.Com, M.Com, MBA, ICWA, CA
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
Responsibilities:
- Generate and review monthly customer billings for subscriptions and resellers.
- Analyze self-reported usage for accuracy and invoice according to contract terms.
- Review customer contracts and ensure correct invoicing based on contract terms and usage.
- Calculate and generate monthly invoices through detailed analysis.
- Determine appropriate invoiced amounts for shared customers by reviewing revenue data.
Skills Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in SAP/Oracle applications is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
- Additional skills in Visual Basic or Macro are advantageous.
