Job Role or Description

• Job Responsibility
• Downloading bank statement daily
• Posting and processing of customer payment as per the remittance in a timely manner
• Contact credit/customer for missing documents or remittances
• Processing offsets and corrections requested by credits.
• Good knowledge on clearing unapplied and unidentified payments.
• Be detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skill.
• Applying payments to Invoice within the ERP
• Need strong typing skills.
• Should have a good command on writing emails.
• Understanding of Order to Cash Cycle, Write-Offs & Bad Debts.
• Flexible on rotational shifts
• Experienced in working with Teams, Client Collections teams and internal departments.
• Since the process is exception handling; having analytical skills will be a differentiator.
• Required Exposure/ Experience:
• Required 2+ years of experience in Accounts receivable – Cash Application process.
• Should have worked in Oracle (Preferably) and/or SAP (Desirable) 
• Having exposure to Highradius is very desirable.
• Good Knowledge on MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Should have acceptable communication skills.
• Knowledge in Lean, Sigma concepts is added advantage.
• Qualifications
• Required: Batchelor of Commerce (B.Com)
• Desirable: MBA or any equivalent
