Job Description/Skills Required

- Drive business growth for the IBM integration practice with new and existing customers across Industry verticals.
- Shall be responsible for expanding the service offerings and closely working with all key stakeholders including sales, delivery, customers, and new prospects.
- Specific responsibilities include:
- Ownership of the OB, revenue, and margin numbers for the practice.
- Execution of key partnerships for growing the practice, and for GTM within and outside the organization
- Define Road Map for Technology, defining strategy/Process, Solution Offerings, Technology Consulting and Thought Leadership
- Monitor and review projects across various client Bus on various delivery parameters to ensure quality delivery as per budget and timelines.
- Resolve escalations related to vertical/ account delivery
- Interact with the Geo Sales and Delivery leadership to track and review delivery
- Enable delivery led growth for IBM practice.
- Guide and support team on proposals and solutions to meet the needs of new and existing clients
- Support pre-sales and sales teams to provide delivery expertise in complex deal discussions
- Candidate should have a degree in Engineering and/or Management, with 15-25 years overall experience and minimum 10+ years experience working on IBM integration stack (IBM Integration Bus, IBM API Connect, IBM Cloud Pak for integration etc).
- Hands on experience from the perspective of delivery management of large and complex software development projects on IBM Integration.
- Strategic Planning, Business /Operations Management and Project Management experience
- Excellent Communication, analytical and interpersonal Skills
