💡 About the Role:

As a Financial Analyst at eClerx, you’ll be part of a dynamic team handling global financial operations including KYC, AML, capital markets, derivatives, fund reconciliation, and client reporting. Ideal for graduates passionate about finance and investment banking.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inter-system reconciliations and ensure accurate fund allocation

• Manage the lifecycle of financial products – from KYC to document verification

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve discrepancies

• Prepare internal and client reports

• Escalate pending issues as per process guidelines

🧾 Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: 0 – 2 years

• Education:

  • UG: B.Com, BBA/BMS, B.Sc, B.E/B.Tech (with Finance knowledge)

  • PG: M.Com, MBA/PGDM (Finance)

• Must have all semester mark sheets and graduation certificates

• Immediate joiners only

• Must be comfortable with fixed EMEA or night shifts

• Candidates pursuing CFA, CA, CMA, CS or MBA are not eligible

• Residing in Mumbai/Thane/Navi Mumbai regions as per eligibility zones preferred

⚙️ Skills Required:

• Strong analytical & logical reasoning

• Excellent communication in English

• Proficient in MS Office

• Basic understanding of finance, capital markets, and stock trading

• Comfortable working on-site and in night shifts
