About the Role
As a Financial Analyst, you’ll work in a dynamic investment banking environment handling financial reconciliation, capital market operations, and KYC processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience to gain hands-on exposure to derivatives, finance, and investment banking.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct inter-system reconciliation and ensure accurate fund allocation for transactions.

Collaborate with clients, agents, and counterparties to resolve financial discrepancies.

Handle financial product life cycle processes such as KYC, AML, data management, and documentation.

Prepare internal and client reports as per standard procedures.

Ensure compliance with client SLAs and timely issue escalation.
Candidate Requirements

Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.

Excellent English communication and proficiency in MS Office.

Basic understanding of finance, capital markets, and investment banking concepts.

Must possess all semester marksheets and final degree certificates.

Comfortable with fixed night shifts and work from office (Airoli).

Immediate joiners preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Candidates residing between Kurla–Ulhasnagar (Central Line), Kurla–Panvel (Harbour Line), and Santacruz–Andheri (Western Line) preferred.
✅ Graduates in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Science may apply (with financial knowledge).
🚫 MBA pursuing, CA/CFA/CMA/CS pursuing candidates not eligible.
✅ Freshers welcome with relevant finance knowledge.
✅ Must be double vaccinated and ready for 1-year training agreement.
