Job Description
Join Berger Paints’ dynamic sales team and play a key role in driving the company’s retail and B2C business. The role involves customer engagement, market expansion, and ensuring high satisfaction levels through strategic communication and relationship management.
Roles & Responsibilities

Manage primary sales activities including lead generation, prospecting, and customer relationship building.

Identify new business opportunities through research and market insights.

Develop a strong understanding of Berger Paints’ products and services.

Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and deliver customer excellence.

Follow up with clients regularly and share sales updates with management.

Desired Candidate Profile

0–3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales (preferably in paints or related industries).

Graduates from any stream are eligible.
