📋 Job Description – Record to Report (R2R)

Capgemini is looking for finance professionals who are passionate about accounting flows, general ledger management, and month-end reporting. This role involves close interaction with multiple stakeholders and a hands-on approach to reporting, reconciliation, and controllership.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on with General Accounting, Journal Entries, Invoicing, Forecasting

• Ownership of P&L Management and Cost Accounting

• End-to-end Intercompany Reconciliation

• Handle Month-End Reporting and Risk Analysis

• Participate and lead client meetings to resolve financial queries

• Prepare Accurate Reconciliation Reports with buffer & risk assessment

• Involvement in special financial projects and transitions

• Support and optimize query management and resolution

• Collaborate with internal departments for timely closings

✅ Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of R2R processes & accounting flows

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

• Analytical mindset with attention to financial risks & buffers

• Practical exposure to Controllership, Cost Allocation, and Reporting

• Ability to manage month-end closures with precision and speed

• Willingness to work in a dynamic, high-volume finance environment
