- Job Description:
- 1) Customer usage data collection from > 100 end customers and around 7 platforms
- 2) Load the data in Non-PROD for validating the data accuracy and format
- 3) Resolve the exceptions either working customers
- 4) Load the data in PROD and start the customer billing
- 5) Calc the royalty based on the customer usage and royalty rates as per the contract
- 6) Work with CSM(Customer Success Manager) /CL(Commercial Lead) to answer any of the questions related to usage / pricing or billing
- 7) Upload the usage into PROD and complete the validation”
- 8) strong analytical capabilities
- 9) Be very comfortable in excel & processing large amounts of data within excel
- Shift Timings : Night Shifts (5:30 Pm to 3:30 AM)
- Two way Transportation Provided.
