Job Description:
Direct Taxes:
- Ensure timely completion of tax-related activities (TDS, TCS, PF, etc.)
- Process JV and file returns for various taxes
- Perform inter-unit balances review, accounting, and confirmation
MIS and Reporting:
- Prepare Ughai Reports (Global provisions, recovery plan)
- Compile debtors balance confirmation report monthly
- Prepare inter-unit balance tally report and Ughai Graphs
- Compile working capital variance and raw material aging report
Provision Accounting:
- Maintain and update provisional accounting entries
- Connect with stakeholders for explanations on provisions
- Record JV postings and issue debit notes for expenses
General Accounting:
- Upload finished goods and RM & fuel goods quantity details in Hyperion
- Prepare inter-unit balance tally report
Risk Management & Governance:
- Ensure accurate data updating in the system
- Maintain data integrity for system records
Stakeholder Management:
- Seek explanations for queries during entry postings and report preparations
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-8 years in finance/accounting
- Education: Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce/Finance (B.COM/BBA/M.COM/MBA-Finance)
Job Location & Shift:
- Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune
- Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Friday, Sat-Sun off)
