Job Description
- Manage Order to Cash (OTC) processes in Finance & Accounting
- Perform customer master setup and updates
- Handle cash/payment application and dunning reports
- Resolve customer discrepancies and account issues
- Perform reconciliation and month-end activities
- Manage contract pricing updates
Key Skills Required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of Excel, VBA/Macros (added advantage)
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
