💼 Job Role: KYC/AML Analyst (Contractual)

In this role, you will be responsible for performing due diligence, reviewing documents for new customer onboarding, verifying identities, and analyzing entity structures. You’ll help maintain regulatory compliance through KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures.

🧾 Key Responsibilities:

• Review KYC/CDD documents for various entity types

• Conduct enhanced due diligence for high-risk clients

• Perform beneficiary & bank account verification

• Review beneficial ownership and conduct sanction screenings

• Interpret findings from multiple data sources

• Prepare narrative reports and recommend next steps

• Stay updated with regulatory changes

• Ensure SLA compliance and incident resolution

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Any Graduate (except Law); UG: B.Com / BBA / BMS preferred

• Experience: Freshers and candidates with relevant back-office, KYC, AML, or audit experience

• Others: Candidates pursuing post-graduation or still studying are not eligible

🧠 Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and comprehension skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT)

• Strong analytical and investigative mindset

• Familiarity with AML/KYC processes, terminology, and regulatory websites

• Hands-on experience with tools like Actimize, LexisNexis, Dow Jones, RDC, Norkom, etc. (preferred)
