Job Description
Sutherland is hiring Claims Associates to review and process claims for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA) in compliance with IRS regulations and employer plan rules.
You will be working on claims queues in OnBase software, ensuring turnaround times are met for clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review and process claims accurately as per regulations.
- Maintain compliance with IRS and client-specific plan rules.
- Manage claim queues efficiently to meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience: Claims adjudication experience preferred.
- Freshers are welcome (must have provisional or consolidated certificate).
- Flexible to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.
