You will handle WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) creation requests, coordinate with multiple teams, ensure approvals, and maintain accurate reporting. This role requires strong communication skills, technical adaptability, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Graduates from any discipline (BA, B.Com, B.Sc)

6 months to 2 years experience in backend operations or client support

Comfortable working in hybrid mode at Deloitte Hyderabad office

Available to work Monday to Friday, 2 PM to 11 PM shift
🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Process and validate WBS creation requests with accuracy

Coordinate with Finance and other departments for approvals

Maintain daily status reports and updates

Communicate effectively across all organizational levels

Manage workload and meet client quality and deadline expectations
🛠️ Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of CRM, SAP, Salesforce, Jupiter, Paradigm is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Ability to work collaboratively both virtually and onsite
