Job Description – SPE RTR (Record to Report)
Cognizant is looking for candidates with strong Record to Report (RTR) experience to handle end-to-end accounting and financial reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Setup and maintenance of General Ledger (GL) accounts
- Booking journal entries
- Bank reconciliations and Fixed Assets accounting
- Booking and reversal of accruals
- Bad debt provisioning and true-up activities
- Period-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
- Clearing open items
- Preparation of cash flow forecasting reports
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of SAP application is preferred
- Strong customer and client-focused attitude
- High attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Visual Basic or Macros will be an added advantage
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1 – 4 years in Record to Report (RTR)
- Education: B.Com, M.Com, MBA, PGDM
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- Work from office (Hyderabad)
