Job Description – Customer Support (Voice & Chat)
In this role, you will be part of Accenture’s Customer Support vertical, responsible for resolving customer queries, managing escalations, and handling complaints with effective and timely resolutions. You will work on international processes using modern contact center platforms and tools.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries via voice and chat
- Resolve issues and close complaints within defined SLAs
- Manage customer escalations and provide best-in-class resolutions
- Follow predefined guidelines and processes for problem-solving
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors
