Mandatory Skill Set – MERN Full Stack Developer
- Overall 7–12 years of experience in Full Stack Development
- Strong hands-on experience in React JS 18 and Node JS
- Expertise in TypeScript, ES6, Bootstrap, SPA development
- Strong experience in API design, development, and testing
- Experience with Azure Cloud Native applications
- Strong knowledge of unit testing (Jest / Mocha)
- Experience with Webpack, Babel, and build tools
- Frontend performance optimization and fine-tuning
- Multi-browser and multi-device (mobile responsive) application design
- 4+ years experience with SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MySQL / RDBMS
- Writing stored procedures, complex SQLs, performance tuning
- Experience in release management, packaging, and production deployment
- Strong troubleshooting skills and adherence to coding best practices
- Experience building reusable components and component-driven architecture
- Exposure to AJAX, LESS, UX Design, CDN, cloud hosting (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus
- Mandatory experience working in Agile Scrum framework
