💼 Job Description

As a Process Executive – Voice, you’ll be responsible for moderating listings, ensuring data accuracy, and providing excellent customer experience. You’ll use your communication and analytical skills to ensure high-quality performance and meet business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform moderation and validation of listings with 98%+ accuracy.

• Complete assigned tasks within defined SLA/TAT timelines.

• Work independently and track your own performance metrics.

• Identify areas of improvement and communicate with supervisors.

• Ensure accurate updates and data validation on map-based platforms.

• Achieve 100% customer satisfaction and minimize escalations.

• Work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.

🧩 Preferred Skills

• Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Good typing speed (minimum 30 WPM).

• Proficiency in MS Office and computer navigation.

• Basic knowledge of Google Maps and Geography.

• Ability to adapt theoretical knowledge into real-time scenarios.

• High focus on accuracy, quality, and productivity.

🎓 Educational Qualification

• Any Graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply).

• Candidates must be able to clear AMCAT and Voice & Accent (V&A) assessments.
