Sutherland is conducting a Mega Walk-In Drive for International Voice Process and Day Shift roles.
We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our global BPO team and deliver exceptional client experiences across voice, chat, and email.
🔑 Key Responsibilities

Handle international customer queries through voice, email, and chat.

Deliver accurate and professional solutions within defined SLAs.

Troubleshoot issues effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain performance and quality standards consistently.

Work in rotational shifts (24×7) including night shifts.
👤 Candidate Profile

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
-
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable with rotational and night shifts.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer navigation.

Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
📍 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must reside within 1.5 km of the nearest railway station in any of the following areas:

Central Line: Kalyan to Sion

Harbour Line: Wadala to Panvel (Excluding Taloja & Sukhapur)

Western Line: Chandivali & Mira Road (via Golden Nest Circle, Ghodbunder Road)
