Team Lead – Record to Report (RTR)
💼 Job Description:
Join the RTR team at Cognizant where you’ll handle core accounting functions including:
- GL account setup and maintenance
- Journal entries (booking & reversal)
- Bank Reconciliations and Fixed Assets Management
- Period-end reconciliations and clearing open items
- Accruals and bad debt provisioning
- Preparing cash flow forecasting reports
- Working closely with clients to ensure accurate financial reporting
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 1–4 Years in BPO/Finance & Accounting domain
- Qualification: B.Com, CMA/CA Semi Qualified
- Preferred Skills:
- SAP knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving & attention to detail
- Client-centric attitude
- VB/Macro skills (added advantage)
🕔 Shift & Work Mode:
- Shift Timings: Night Shift (5:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
- Work Type: Work from Office
- Transport: Two-way cab facility available
