📋 Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct village/ward surveys to identify underserved populations.
- Form Self Help Groups (SHGs) or Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) in deep interiors.
- Lead orientation sessions on financial literacy, banking, and credit awareness.
- Organize and manage group formation, data collection, and customer onboarding.
- Maintain field-level engagement with community members.
🔍 Requirements:
- Experience: 0 to 3 Years
- Education: Any Graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
- Academic Criteria: Minimum 50% aggregate
- Industry: BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance)
- Travel: Frequent customer visits within rural areas
- Vehicle: Two-wheeler preferred
- Skills Required:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Time and team management
- Proactive, focused, and team spirit driven
